In order to access these files you must have an active e-Services account and be listed on an e-File application with the provider option of Software Developer or State. Your role must be Principal, Responsible Official, or Delegated User with MeF authorities. Instructions for accessing your e-Services mailbox Tax Year 2018 / Processing Year 2019, Form 965 series schemas are available. This package includes the Form 965 schemas as shown below. The Forms 965, 965A, 965B, and schedules have been developed according to Public Law 115-97, Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which amends section 965 of the Internal Revenue Code for TY2018.
