Subject:  Assurance Testing System (ATS) Questionnaire On October 1st, 2019, the IRS began sending out the Assurance Testing System (ATS) Questionnaire.  The questionnaire must be completed and returned to the e-Help desk prior to participating in the annual assurance testing process.   If you do not receive the ATS questionnaire by October 25th please contact the e-Help Desk Toll Free Number at 1-866-255-0654 to request the questionnaire. Note: Callers who are outside of the 50 U.S. States and/or U.S. Territories should use the International phone number: 1-512-416-7750.
