Subject:  Affordable Care Act Assurance Testing System (AATS) Information Returns for Tax Year (TY) 2019/Filing Season (FS) 2020 Scenario Narratives Attention: Software Developers and Transmitters TY2019/FS2020 AATS scenario narratives are now available on the AATS page on IRS.gov.  TY2019 AATS scenario answer keys will be posted in the near future. Until that time, you may use the TY2018 AATS scenario answer keys for all scenarios except for scenarios 6 and 6C where there is an expected change to a date of birth to reflect a 2019 date.  If you have passed testing for a prior tax year, you do not need to complete testing for TY2019.
