We believe the issues have been resolved but we would like your feedback to ensure you are receiving the proper IDES alerts and notifications. Please let us know if you continue to not receive IDES alerts and notifications. IMPORTANT Items for IDES Users:  For files that were transmitted after June 24, 2024, we will be re-sending ALL system notifications from our systems through IDES. Any previous notifications will be re-sent over the next two weeks to you to ensure you have received the proper notifications. Certain users were contacted on July 9th or July 10, 2024, with a message titled, "US - IDES Alerts and Reporting Follow-up" to confirm successful receipt of IDES alerts and notifications for files transmitted after July 4, 2024. If you were one of the email recipients, please respond to the message with as much detail as possible. All IDES users should ensure their IDES profile is updated to receive notifications to ensure they receive the re-sent notifications.   Certain users will receive an email notifying them that their file transmissions from June 24 – July 3, 2024, were unsuccessful and there have been no confirmed re-transmissions. We do not have a record that your files have been successfully transmitted or successfully retransmitted. Users may have received any of the following alerts as a result of an unsuccessful transmission (RC002, RC003, RC004, RC005, RC008, RC012, RC013, RC014, RC015, RC016, RC018, RC019, RC020, RC025, RC026, RC027, RC028 or RC999). Please re-transmit your files.  Your confirmation and feedback will greatly assist us with ensuring that IDES is working effectively, and we thank you for your patience.
