Form 2290 Version 2017v1.0 Business Rules and Schemas for 2017 is not working in ATS and Production. The IRS will post a correction to Version 2017v1.0 later this month. Once the correction to the Version 2017v1.0 has been implemented both versions will be active in ATS and Production. Form 2290 Version 2017v1.1 is active in ATS and Production. Until the correction to Version 2017v1.0 is implemented, software developers and return transmitters may submit returns using Version 2017v1.1.
