QuickAlerts for Tax Professionals June 8, 2026 Subject:  Transcript Delivery System Issue Resolved for Account and Record of Account Transcripts Attention: Transcript Delivery System (TDS) Users On Tuesday, June 2, 2026, the Transcript Delivery System IT department resolved an issue affecting Account Transcripts and Record of Account Transcripts. The issue caused certain transaction codes (TCs) to be omitted from transcript documents. As a result, the transcripts did not reflect tax increases (TC 290/300) and tax reductions (TC 291/301) made to taxpayer accounts. Taxpayers and representatives may now resume obtaining these transcripts, which reflect complete and accurate account information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
