Deadline Extended for 2025 Time of Sale Submissions through the Energy Credits Online (ECO) Portal The deadline for submitting late time of sale reports for calendar year 2025 sales through the ECO portal has been extended. Previously scheduled to end on June 1, 2026, the ECO portal will continue to accept late time of sale reports through June 15, 2026. Submit any outstanding 2025 time of sale reports now to help ensure your customers can claim their tax credits without delays, errors, or processing issues when filing their returns. For faster review and smoother processing, upload all required supporting documentation through the ECO portal when you submit your reports. After June 15, 2026, time of sale reports for 2025 calendar year vehicle sales can no longer be submitted. If you encounter issues submitting a late time of sale report, please contact us through Secure Messaging.
