To access these files, you must have an active e-Services account and be listed on an e-File application with the provider option of Software Developer or State. Your role must be Principal, Responsible Official, or Delegated User with MeF authorities. The Tax Year 2018, Version 6.5, Form 1040 schema package is available.  The change identified in this schema package is related to Form 8835, Line 10, Total Indian Coal Tons Produced and Sold Credit.  Please visit the Modernized e-file (MeF) Schemas and Business Rules page on IRS.gov for more information about MeF Schemas and Business Rules.
