In order to access these files you must have an active e-Services account and be listed on an e-File application with the provider option of Software Developer or State. Your role must be Principal, Responsible Official, or Delegated User with MeF authorities. Tax Year 2018 / Processing Year 2019, 1040 series business rules version 4.0 is available now. These business rules will be operational in the Assurance Testing System (ATS) on October 29, 2018, but will not be operational in Production.   The 1040 series schema version 4.0 was previously made available on August 16, 2018.
