This guide explains the different roles of each user and walks you through how to add additional users. Today IRS Released a Video demonstrating how Dealers & Sellers will submit Time-of-Sale Reports. The video will walk you through how to submit a report from the beginning to the end. Beginning 2024 Clean Vehicles Dealers & Sellers will need to submit Time of Sale Reports via IRS Energy Credit Online Tool.
