To complete the questionnaire and receive a Software Identification number for each product you plan to test, complete the steps below: Sign into your IRS e-file Application. Your application must be in completed status.  Select Organizational Role from the Select Your Organization page. From the External Service Authorization Management landing page, select the View/Edit icon to access your completed application.  Once in the application, select the Software Packages tab.  Select Add Software Package toward the bottom of screen. Complete the Add Software Package Information pop-up. Once you have completed the required fields, select Save.  Note: If you have multiple packages, you will need to complete the pop-up multiple times.   For additional assistance, contact the e-Help desk at 866-255-0654.
