Second-quarter estimated tax payments due June 17 Self-employed individuals who don't have taxes withheld from other sources of taxable income (such as interest, dividends or capital gains) need to pay estimated tax payments throughout the year. To report promoters of these scheme types or any other types you are aware of, complete and send a referral form, now available in Spanish and Mandarin, along with any promotional materials, to the IRS. 4.
