The Secure Object Repository (SOR) is where you can retrieve the WSDL packages. The packages are available for 60 days after they are posted to the SOR.  Here are the Instructions for accessing the SOR Mailbox. You may access the login page, register for e-services, reset your password, and make changes to your existing account on e-Services Online Tools for Tax Professionals. The WSDL packages are to be used only for the Application to Application (A2A) channel and are not to be used for the User Interface (UI) channel.
